The tragedy of Charla Nash and Travis the chimp

A chimp is NOT a domestic animal, not a pet, not an actor. They belong in the jungle with their own and nowhere else. It's a horrible thing indeed that an innocent person was attacked in this way. It should have been his owner. There's no excuse for what they did and they belong in prison for it.....but too late now. Anyway.Yes I'm being hard but for a reason. How could this have been allowed to happen?
